Tarun Kapoor is the Founder and Director of Kapoor & Kapoor, bringing more than 30 years of executive, entrepreneurial, and consulting experience to organizations seeking structure and sustainable growth. With an M.B.A. from Michigan State University and senior leadership roles in both U.S. and international hospitality companies, Tarun combines academic rigor with real-world expertise to help businesses evolve with clarity and confidence.
Over his career, Tarun has guided the growth of more than 50 multi-unit hotel management companies and advised leading global brands including Choice Hotels International, La Quinta, InterContinental Hotels Group, Lawry’s, and TGI Fridays. His work extends to private clubs such as the Bel-Air Country Club and The Athenaeum, and to entrepreneurs building high-performing organizations across industries.
